The Rubbish Game Too!
We return to the Dana Centre next Tuesday 12 February, with a Valentine theme sneaking its way into the Rubbish Game (how else could it be with the Binman of Love?!?) and a new role in a new game for any returning past players, as well as of course the fun of the Rubbish Game itself.
If you're new to the Rubbish Game, then take a look at the three advance steps into the game.
Step One: You can submit an answer to the question 'What Stops You Recycling?' and you'll receive a parcel in the post with a surprise something that may help you win the game. Recent submissions can be seen by clicking the thumbnails in the next post below.
Step Two: Have a go at our Big Butt, Tristram Clark. He doesn't recycle *at all* and he reckons that none of you can convince him otherwise. Get halfway there and he'll help you out next week.
Step Three: Take our Rubbish Survey and see what kind of recycler you are before forwarding it to your friends.
Hope to see you next Tuesday! Remember to book tickets by emailing tickets@danacentre.org.uk.

The Rubbish Game [Too]!
The Rubbish Game went very well indeed on Wednesday night, with lots of people having a lot of fun. I was amazed that so many households managed to zero their waste! Luckily the Macgyver challenge gave us a way to find a winner, although choosing between so many beautiful creations was itself a challenge...

One of our audience also posted a flickr set here.
We're now getting ready for The Rubbish Game Too on Tuesday 12 February at the Dana Centre. Please spread the word! And do keep posting comments on the website here and even submitting more things that stop you recycling. Josie has some plans to present some of these to the GLA!
Tristram's outburst at the end on Wednesday was food for thought. We don't want to be preaching to the converted but I think anyone who comes to the Rubbish Game Too, whether they are a "Tristram" or not, will find new inspiration towards the 3R's. I hope a few of you who were there on Wednesday will rise to the challenge, bring some non-recyclers along and show our Big Butt that everyone can play the Rubbish Game.
Stop press again!
Step three of the advance game, a fun and completely unscientific Rubbish Survey, can be found here. Pass it around!
